VANTERA COMMODITIES GROUP, (Vantera, VCG or “the Company”), is a multi-level private procurement and investment company specializing in the procurement, processing, production, or manufacture and/or sale of crude oil/ refined petroleum products, precious metals, precious minerals and specialty coffees. The company’s worldwide reach provides the most advantageous structure to source commodities from around the globe, create strategic alliances and negotiate optimum terms on behalf of and with its domestic partners and strategic international legal agents and partners. With expert negotiation, along with its tremendous wherewithal, to include partnerships, investors, supply partners and buy partners – Vantera has a competitive edge in the commodities market.
We purchase products strictly on a “turnkey” basis. We are aggressively taking a total hands on and compliant approach to minerals/commodities – especially as we are receiving greater requests from multiple major Petroleum related “End Buyers”. We are combining supply chains into one “Petroleum Supply Group”, under an increasingly stronger "Commodity Management Group", to include compliance/legal. Vantera was created in 2015 - bringing together a group of established men and women around the globe, with many years of experience in commodities, energy, trade, transportation, logistics, compliance, investment banking, finance, accounting and administration.
Vantera, through its principals, partners and associates, has established relationships with governments, security and transport companies/teams, producers, refineries and financial institutions in Africa, UAE, Europe, Mexico, Canada and the Americas. Vantera’s agents, affiliates, investors, “End Buyers” and “Supply Partners” each have a minimum of two years and typically up to 20 years or more experience in a wide range of commodities and minerals. VCG operates under strict guidelines for metals and minerals (i.e. GOLD/Au, Diamonds) purchases that require the company and legal team to do Standard FED compliance on the Au and Diamond and Suppliers/Beneficial Owners usually before any contracts are signed and purchases transacted, which is enhanced by AI/Blockchain and other technological capabilities. Our verification of the products’ existence, legalities, traceability and compliance would be handled by VCG’s legal teams under strict confidentiality after Vantera has received Supplier’s initial required information. The company’s legal teams act as Vantera’s agent for compliance and due diligence and is involved with each commodity transaction from “A thru Z” – to include payment for product, intermediary payments (if any) and fees.
Vantera’s portfolio comprises high net worth individuals, investors, finance experts, private groups and funders. Vantera currently has major wherewithal to purchase desirous commodities, primarily Green Specialty Arabica Coffee Beans, GOLD/Au and other precious metals, Gem Quality Rough Diamonds and other precious minerals and Crude Oil on a delivered basis. All purchases and investments are made under very strict guidelines, regulations, policies, processes and procedures. The executive managing partner of Vantera is responsible to ensure correct direction, safety, profitability, compliance and security for and of the distribution of all significant or major dollars.
Vantera Commodities Group (Vantera or VCG) is a beneficial shareholder of Gem Quality Diamonds Online, a multifaceted high quality polished gemstones Supplier and jewelry design and manufacturing business unit, which features an assortment of high quality ‘Vantera Diamonds, Emeralds, Rubies, Sapphires and Opals’. VCG is also a stakeholder in Elliott Mwamba Oil & Gas Investments. The core or primary focus of EMOGI is oil and gas exploration and development (upstream). Through Vantera’s leadership/partners, Vantera also has interests in another international US Oil & Gas company that focuses on international and US trade with major Suppliers and End Buyers in the USA, Africa, Saudi Arabia and Canada. Vantera is also affiliated with Romar Oil Company, a private label refined petroleum products development manufacturer, marketing and sales business unit and,, which is a newly developed startup that was established for the purpose of the development, production, sales and distribution of high quality arabica coffee beans from primarily Ethiopia, as well and other countries such as Rwanda and Indonesia. Additionally, there’s been talks of interest in a newly registered and functioning Charter Bank with concentration on Merchant Banking and a core focus towards the following industries: Gold and Precious Metals, Oil & Gas Trading, Land Development and Water Rights, Commercial Real Estate and Housing, as well as Restaurants, Hotels & Hospitalities, Theme Parks, Film and Entertainment. Vantera is also involved with and has interests in a developing “business and economic development think tank”, to be headquartered in Washington DC, that’s supported by some of the most powerful political groups and individuals in America and around the globe. This entity focuses on private-public partnerships/ economic development in North America, Caribbean and Africa.
Romar Oil Company (ROC or Romar), a private label manufacturer and supplier of refined petroleum products (RPP), has the wherewithal to ship or distribute RPP to a wide and diverse customer base, (mid to major multinational corporations, municipalities, states and governmental agencies), with a current focus on distribution in the United States, Canada, Mexico and East Africa.
RPP are distributed from the following geographical locations: Gulf Coast, Illinois, California, Pennsylvania, New York, Georgia, New Jersey and Canada.
Tradition and Experience. Romar Oil Company has a highly experienced lubricants production team with over 100 years of lubricant industry stable ownership and facilities based in Midwest USA.
Romar manufactures a full line of lubricant products, including conventional, synthetic, and synthetic blends. Products include passenger car motor oils, heavy duty diesel engine oils, hydraulic fluids and gear oils, antifreeze, commercial and industrial fluids, specialty products and functional fluids as well as custom blending, according to ROC specifications or specifications desirous to ROC’s customers. Romar’s production team experience extends to major retailers, aviation industry customers, as well as commercial, industrial and agricultural companies with top-of-the-line products.
With nearly 250 employees, the refinery can ramp up quickly for large orders, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and care.
The facility employs state-of-the-art computerized systems that allow it to perform continual product testing, which assure its customer/Romar that every step during the manufacturing process, including blending and packaging, is continuously monitored.
The facility provides high speed filing options for both quart and gallon containers, as well as having tote and drum filling production lines with bulk loading and multiple compartments.
InfrastructureThe facility has its own blow molding facility in which it can blow molder quart and gallon containers.
Throughput is 120-quart bottles per minute capability and 12,000 bottles per day of gallon manufacturing.
At its two plants, it has approximately 200,000 square feet under one roof and an additional 95,000 square feet of storage together with 100 storage tanks capable of holding two million gallons of lubricant product.
These facilities also include 20 rail spots, 2 bulk loading bays and 12 loading docks. The refinery also has a major terminal port and storage on a nearby major U.S. waterway.
